Land in South Bohemia, roughly between the towns of Jindřichův Hradec and Telč. Full of good deep forrests, ponds, castle ruins... but most of all pleasantly abandoned. Nice way to explore this part is to také the narrow gauge train from Jindřichův Hradec to Nová Bystřice.
