One of the best known Czech castles, also called „The king of czech castles“. Built in the 13^th century as a royal castle, later whistand many attempts to be conquered. In its best times it was considered unconqerable. Thanks to its romantical position right on the confluence of Vltava and Otava rivers it is now a popular spot for tourists.
